If Superheroes Were Sponsored By Famous Brands
How do superheroes afford being, well, superheroes? It doesn't seem too lucrative a gig given the time commitment and hazardous work conditions but yet every hero still seems to make ends meet. But if superheroes are struggling financially, they should totally look into sponsoring themselves. Iron Man by McDonald's. Monster Hulk. Captain America's What Can Brown Do For You? This is how sponsored superheroes would look like.

10 Marvel DC Superhero Mashups
If you have been following Toptenz.net you might know that we publish our fair share of comic book related lists. I still find time to see what’s going on at the Xavier’s School for Mutants, The Daily Planet and the Avenger’s Mansion when I can. Rather than publish just another comic book list, (we seem to have gone overboard recently) I thought it would be fun to showcase original artwork. I found some artists who were willing to follow my bizarre instructions: create a new superhero character that is a mashup of a Marvel superhero and a DC superhero.

Featured Artist: Peter Nguyen's World of Superheroes
Some of us might have idolized a superhero or any character from our favorite comic books once in our childhood. While most of us dreamed of acquiring their abilities, there are a few people who wanted to be a part of their world, not by having supernatural powers but the privilege to recreate their stories and redraw the characters we all love.
Comic book artists play a vital role in shaping the different comic universes we grew up with. Artists in this creative field can be commonly classified into as penciller, inker, colorist and cover artist – each has a very important role in bringing us the best comic graphics that accompany a good story line. And as our featured artist for this month, we take a peek on the amazing career of one of the many pencillers in the comics industry – Peter V Nguyen.

30 Awesome Super Hero's Artworks for inspiration
Who of us hasn’t experienced the thrill of reading the comic book of his favorite superhero, while he was tucked under his blanket in his childhood? Who hasn’t experienced the excitement when he was reading how his superhero came and saved the world from the clutches of the dark evil forces? Yes we tend to shed such interests when we grow old but our children still feel the same way when they read their comic books. This is the reason why children love their rooms to be decorated by images of superheroes. Also, it won’t be wrong to infer that even we adults are still fascinated by superhero stories perhaps not as much in reading but in watching. The successes of movies like The Dark Knight and The Amazing Spider-Man bears witness to this fact.

Poster Design: Heroes and Villains
When Josip Kelava was younger he always imagined himself as someone that had a super power, and I think we all like the idea of having a super power... How cool would it be to fly, to move things with your mind, to use magic or even have a robot suit to protect you. That's why Josip loved reading comics, watching movies and playing video games. It took him to fantasy worlds where heroes and villains existed. This little project is a showcase of all his favourite characters, both friendly and foe, as typographic posters representing a little of what they are about.
