If you want to create a website you must know two big things: how to design it and how to code it. Usually, you can master them both so every time you need to build an online project you must seek for someone’s help or to hire somebody. Let’s say that you know your way trough Adobe Photoshop but you don’t know how to create a good design, or you know how to make one but for some reasons you don’t want to do it. In this case the best thing is to search of a PSD template and to either start modifying it or coding it.
