Awesome Video of the First Human Spaceflight In History

That North Korean rocket was crap, unlike the Vostok 1, the mighty Soviet rocket that launched the first man to ever reach space on April 12, 1961: Yuri Gagarin.

Gagarin's was the first human spaceflight in history. A humble, beloved and revered hero not only by the Soviets but by American astronauts and everyone else.

What follows is the story we published on the 50th anniversary of this historical flight.

Jeff Bezos' Exploration Team Just Found the Apollo 11 Rockets at the Bottom of The Ocean

A Jeff Bezos-funded team of sea explorers has located the Apollo 11 rockets that helped get man get to the moon.

On July 16th, 1969, five F-1 rockets powered Apollo 11 off the ground with one and a half million pounds of thrust, and 32 million horsepower. A few minutes later, the first stage rockets detached from the space craft and plummeted 38 miles to the ocean.
