Design is a vast creative arena that allows for momentous innovation and experimental manipulation. Typography under the axis of design is an entire multi-faceted discipline in itself, an approach which renders great dynamic to any given visual.

The use and implementation of typography in design requires a certain knowledge and respect for typefaces and fonts and their unique role in design. The form, structure and appearance of typefaces are in essence conceptions of design itself, further expanding and extending towards the creation of varieties of different typefaces as we see and use them today. In order for text and type to be successfully incorporated into a visual essentially becoming a part of it, there must be a careful and efficient selection process of typefaces and fonts. Some designers often prefer to create their own typefaces from scratch to perfectly suit their visual or design. This exercise is a rather technical and concentrated process on its own but can be easily mastered by individuals with significant interest in the practice of typeface and font crafting.
