The unemployment rate has been slowly dropping, but there are still millions of people out of work; unemployed or under employed.
For the unemployed there are numerous traditional ways to find a new job. Job fairs, job boards, recruiters, employment agencies and trade organizations all provide some assistance to people in need of employment, but that’s hardly the end of their options. With so many people out of work it is little wonder people are turning to new tools to find work, expand their professional networks and improve their working conditions.
