Apple won a patent ruling against HTC, meaning it will be able to ban some of its phones from U.S. import, Bloomberg reports.
The ban won't take affect until April 19, and is subject to an appeal by HTC, as well as a final review by President Obama, Bloomberg reports.
This won't be a good thing for the U.S. consumers who just want to have a best deal with the Apple as well as Chinese made phone.
