Andy Rubin, Google's SVP of Mobile, tweeted last night that there are over 700,000 Android devices activated each day.
To put it in larger terms, this makes for 4,900,000 new devices each week and 255,500,000 devices each year.
Prior to this, Google's latest public data on Android activations was 550,000 devices per day as revealed by Eric Schmidt at LeWeb last week.
