While the Galaxy Nexus and Ice Cream Sandwich are not landing until the middle of November, the Android 4.0 SDK is now available. The SDK is vital for developers who want to check if their apps still work in ICS, and also for the intrepid bunker-dwelling adventurers of ExtremeTech who wasted little time in downloading and installing the SDK to poke around all of Android 4.0′s new features. Even though many of us stayed up to watch the announcement and demonstrations, it’s just not the same as playing with the operating system yourself.
