We're not sure if Apple users are just incredibly easy to please or if the Cupertino company simply knows how best to cater to its consumer base. In the end it doesn't really matter, because either way, Apple users are more satisfied with their PCs than anyone else, according to a new report by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI). This is the 8th straight year Apple has led the PC category in customer satisfaction, so one thing you can't chalk it up to is a fluke.
