I CAN HELP THE WORLD approached me to create a :40 second trailer for their new video game. It was awesome to work with the dope characters they provided! I was stoked to take on the challenge of creating and animating a whole new world completely unique to any of our past projects to help communicate the positive message of I CAN HELP THE WORLD.
As a designer, it’s often beneficial to get out of your comfort zone and work on something that you’re not often used to. If you usually spend your time working on client work, there are some huge benefits to trying something completely different. Designing a movie poster requires a different set of skills to designing a logo, brand identity or website – and you can often learn new things or new approaches to design that can later influence your client work. It can also be fun to work on something you’re not used to, and is a great way to get the creative juices flowing.
Movie posters in particular can be surprisingly different to work on than most client work – and the reason is because of the lack of constraints. While client work has to have a particular style, appearance or approach, a movie poster can go in any direction. Staring at a blank canvas can be a daunting challenge, but once you have a direction that you’re happy with the results can be truly stunning.
Screen Junkies, a group of guys who share their honest advice about what movies and television shows to see and not to see, have created a new fake honest movie trailer that pokes fun at numerous situations, characters and spoken lines found in The Amazing Spider-Man 2012 superhero film. We have previously written about the Screen Junkies and their collection of honest movie trailers.

Poster designs like any other print media such as minimal brochures designs, booklets, business cards, posters and print catalog are one of your effective marketing ambassadors. Poster Designs are great at getting people’s attention as long as you don’t make them too text heavy and you include an eye-catching most effective graphic in look-at-me colors.
Instant film is a type of photographic film first introduced by Polaroid that is designed to be used in an instant camera (and, with accessory hardware, with many professional film cameras). The film contains the chemicals needed for developing and fixing the photo, and the instant camera exposes and initiates the developing process after a photograph has been taken.
