If you haven't been paying attention, here's the deal with Groupon: The high-flying deals site is desperate to do an IPO, as it badly needs the cash. It's still growing like crazy, but it's a cash-burning machine. Unfortunately its business model is drawing more and more skeptics right as the stock market and economy are behaving badly.
