Wyoming is the most hospitable state for business, at least where taxes are concerned, says a new report.
For its 2013 State Business Tax Climate Index, the nonprofit Tax Foundation, an advocate for low taxes, ranked all 50 states on 120 statutory variables relating to income tax, corporate tax, sales tax, property tax and unemployment insurance tax. Fiscal 2013 began July 1.
Just behind Wyoming: South Dakota, Nevada, Alaska and Florida.
