Media_http4bpblogspot_xxcab

The concept of living an extraordinary life has been on my mind since I was a child.

I wanted to be a singer or an actress like every other girl and I believed that this was the ultimate way of showing that I was special.

30 Extraordinary Graffiti and Wall Paintings

Media_httpmedia02hong_fcdtd

Wall paintings had existed since the earliest history of mankind. Pictorial text on cave walls and on the pillars of ancient civilizations eventually morphed into text characters of some of the most commonly used languages today such as the Chinese and Indian languages. As such, we can see that pictures and paintings are fundamental and essential parts of human development that serve to communicate ideas and messages.

Graffiti and wall paintings appear to be more intricate than simple pictorial texts. They serve more than just putting simple ideas across to those who come in contact with them. They are more symbolic, and as in art pieces, are subject to individual interpretation. Some even serve to create an illusion to passers-by to stimulate their perceptions of the world.

45 Extraordinary Black and White Photos

Media_httpcreativefan_efteb

What is it about black and white that is so perfectly magical? Is it because it sends you off to an older time, or takes you beyond time altogether? Truly, when you look at black and white photos where the colors are missing, you look deeper into the picture. There is so much to explore, like the lines in one photo, or the mysterious light and shade in another. When you see a landscape picture in black and white it can be a very poetic feeling.

Sometimes, you may be full of wonder as you look at a photo of the moon and a pretty lake with trees nearby. A picture of a boy standing and playing on his violin as birds flies nearby may make you feel lonely. When black and white is used to bring out details, such as on a lion’s mane, the effect can be gorgeous. The play of light and shade on a large curved mouth of a tunnel looks even more beautiful in black and white. Here are 45 black and white photos for you to feel the special magic.
