“ My name is Luuk Belgers and I’m a 25 year-old Dutch nature photographer. My passion for nature photography basically started while spending many hours fly-fishing on a local river near my hometown. During the summer, the river is full of life with many insects, beavers, king fishers and other birds. When seeing all these pretty sights in beautiful evening light I suddenly felt a strong urge to capture these moments on camera. From that moment on, a new hobby was born. Now I try to be original, do things that haven’t been done before by all those other nature photographers. Try to get people to want to be right there, at that moment in time when the photo was taken. Every now and then I succeed. Those moments when I don’t succeed only stimulate me to try even harder. “
