Apple has filed a patent application for a device that looks nearly identical to an iPod Shuffle, but which contains a built-in speaker.
The US Patent and Trademark office published this week a patent for an Apple product that looks nearly identical to the clip-on iPod Shuffle, and which contains a built-in loudspeaker.
This doesn't at all look positive to me, looks like a design patent.
